Today was a cross training day. I choose to do “The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga” video. I’m still using the week 1 – 2 portion of the video. I can’t believe how much I’m shaking during Yoga. It’s been about an hour since I finished the video and I can still feel the muscles I worked.
Now if I can just stop eating the sweets. Man do I like Chocolate!! I know if I can quit drinking soda (I like diet soda) that the cravings for sweets will diminish.
I wonder when it will warm up enough outside so I don’t have to run on the treadmill. I think the temperature is suppose to be around 30F tomorrow so I may venture outside. Unfortunately most people don’t shovel their sidewalks so I will be running in the street. 😦
